摘  要:针对U肋与顶板焊缝开裂具有"普遍性、早发性、多发性、再现性"的问题,开展了将U肋内焊技术应用于既有桥梁U肋与顶板疲劳裂缝的补强加固研究,以提高钢桥面板的使用寿命。但对于既有桥梁,需要在U肋底部设置临时孔,以便内焊机进入U肋内部进行焊接。针对在U肋纵向不同开孔位置对钢桥面板应力重分布,基于精细化数值模拟分析,得到开孔位置产生的应力增量无显著差别;继而建立节间有限元分析模型,对相邻两横隔板间U肋同时开孔数量进行了研究,得到顶板纵向应力增量随同一断面处U肋开孔间隔道数的增加而减小,U肋开孔引起的顶板竖向上拱量随开孔数量增加而增大。因此,建议设计U肋内焊的临时孔时,选择在U肋嵌补段位置进行间隔1道及以上开孔,并将开孔U肋顶部对应行车道进行临时封闭。Regarding the problem of"universality,early occurrence,multiple occurrence and reappearance"of weld crack between U-rib and top slab,the research on the application of U-rib internal welding technology to the reinforcement of fatigue crack between U-rib and top slab of existing bridge is carried out,so as to improve the service life of steel bridge deck.However,for the existing bridge,it is necessary to set a temporary aperture at the bottom of the U rib so that the internal welding machine can enter into the U-rib for welding.Based on the refined numerical simulation analysis,it is found that there is no significant difference in the stress increment caused by the opening position;then,the finite element analysis model is established to study the number of U-rib openings at the same interval between two adjacent diaphragms.The results show that the increment of top slab longitudinal stress is inversely proportional to the number of U-rib openings at the same section.Therefore,it is suggested that the timing of the temporary apertures welded in the U-rib should be set,and the apertures should be opened at the position of the U-rib inlay section at interval of one or more,and the corresponding carriageway at the top of the U-rib should be temporarily closed.
