摘  要:为了研究不同粒径和不同掺量的纳米氧化锌改性材料对沥青性能的影响,选用粒径为20 nm、30 nm、50 nm,掺量为1%、3%、5%的纳米氧化锌颗粒分别制备纳米氧化锌改性沥青,借助动态剪切流变仪对70号基质沥青与纳米氧化锌改性沥青分别进行应变扫描、温度扫描、频率扫描等动态剪切流变试验,主要从复合剪切模量、相位角、车辙因子等评价指标研究不同粒径及不同掺量下纳米氧化锌改性沥青的黏弹特性,并且借助Han曲线、Black曲线对纳米氧化锌改性沥青的相态结构进行了分析;最后研究了纳米氧化锌改性沥青的抗紫外光老化性能。结果表明:加入适当的纳米氧化锌材料可以使沥青与之很好地融合,形成稳定的空间网状结构;纳米氧化锌可以有效地提升基质沥青的抗紫外光老化性能,且掺量越大,老化前后的复合剪切模量与相位角的变化幅度越小;推荐纳米氧化锌最佳掺量为3%,最佳粒径为30 nm。In order to study the effect of different particle sizes and different proportion of nano-ZnO modified materials on the performance of asphalt, in this paper the particle size of 20 nm, 30 nm and 50 nm, and the proportion of 1%, 3%, 5% of nano-ZnO particles are selected to prepare nano-ZnO modified asphalt. With the help of dynamic shear rheometer, dynamic shear rheological tests such as strain sweep, temperature sweep and frequency sweep are carried out on No. 70 matrix asphalt and nano-zinc oxide modified asphalt, the viscoelastic properties of nano-zinc oxide modified asphalt under different particle sizes and different dosages are studied mainly from composite shear modulus, phase angle, rutting factors and other evaluation indicators, and the phase structure of nano-zinc oxide modified asphalt is analyzed by using the Han curve and Black curve. Finally, the anti-ultraviolet aging performance of nano-zinc oxide modified asphalt is studied. The results show that the addition of appropriate nano-zinc oxide materials can make the asphalt blend well with it to form a stable spatial network structure;nano-zinc oxide can effectively improve the UV aging resistance of the base asphalt, and the greater the amount, the smaller the change range of composite shear modulus and phase angle before and after aging;and the recommended optimal content of nano-zinc oxide is 3%, and the optimal particle size is 30 nm.
