摘 要:针对充填采矿法在地下矿山应用中存在的成本较高问题,开展了充填成本测算与控制方法的研究。通过对矿山充填成本的构成分析,建立了计算模型;以福建省某铜矿为例,将其计算结果与同类其他矿山进行对比分析,总结提出成本控制的方法。结果表明:福建某铜矿充填成本为60.27元/m3(占采矿成本的18.83%)。充填材料、充填挡墙、人工和设备折旧等是充填成本控制的主要因素;使用新型胶结材料降低灰砂比、改进充填挡墙尺寸和材料、提高充填系统自动化程度以及加强设备管理等是充填成本控制的重要方法。Aiming at the problem of high cost in the application of filling mining method in underground mines,this paper studied the calculation and control method of filling cost.By analyzing the composition of mine filling cost,a calculation model has been established.Taking a copper mine in Fujian province as an example,comparing the calculation results with other similar mines,then the cost control methods were proposed through summary.It is calculated that the filling cost of a copper mine in Fujian is 60.27 Yuan/m3(18.83%of mining cost).The results show that filling material,filling retaining wall,labor and equipment depreciation are the main factors for filling cost control.Using new cementitious materials to reduce the cement sand ratio,improving the size and materials of filling retaining wall,and improving the automation of filling system and strengthening equipment management are important methods for filling cost control.
