摘 要:针对某铜矿回采深部矿体过程中多次发生较大规模地压活动,造成多处巷道不同程度出现片帮、局部垮塌、冒落等灾害现象,运用FLAC^(3D)软件对十七中段1709、1711巷道在不同支护情况下应力分布及变形破坏进行了模拟分析。结果显示:矿体崩落回采会对断层造成极大的影响,且巷道距离断层越近破坏越严重;在巷道支护前后,应力由两帮逐渐转移至巷道拱部;在进行支护方案模拟分析时,发现锚网喷支护的支护效果优于U型钢支护,在优化锚网喷(锚杆2.4 m)进行加强支护时,1709巷道和1711巷道的最大应力值分别为28和23.75 MPa,影响范围分别为0.8和3.6 m,且巷道变形位移较小,能够适应矿体开采基本要求。Aiming at the large-scale ground pressure activities occurred many times in the process of mining deep ore body in a copper mine,which caused various roadways to appear fragments,partial collapses,and other disasters,the Flac^(3D) software was used to simulate and analyze the stress distribution and deformation and failure of the 1709 and 1711 roadways in the seventeenth middle section under different supporting conditions.The results showed that the ore body caving and mining will have a great impact on the fault,and the closer the roadway was to the fault,the more serious the damage;before and after the roadway support,the stress was gradually transferred from the two sides to the arch of the roadway;simulation analysis of the support plan was carried out at the time,it was found that the support effect of the bolt-net-spraying support was better than that of the U-shaped steel support.When the bolt-net-spraying(anchor rod 2.4 m)was optimized for strengthening support,the maximum stress values of the 1709 roadway and the 1711 roadway were 28 MPa and 23.75 MPa respectively,the impact range was 0.8 m and 3.6 m respectively,and the roadway deformation and displacement were small,which can meet the basic requirements of ore body mining.
