摘 要:新冠肺炎疫情的全球性爆发使得物流业面临前所未有的挑战,航空物流作为支撑国家发展战略的重要产业,其战略韧性尤显重要。文章以后疫情时代为研究背景,探讨航空物流战略韧性的内涵界定,据此构建评价指标体系;然后采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对疫情冲击下我国航空物流的战略韧性进行诊断分析,揭示出航空物流战略韧性较弱的三大问题;最后以此为方向,从国家、地区、行业和企业四个层面为后疫情时代我国航空物流战略韧性的系统性提升设计了战略路径与系列策略。The global outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has made logistics face unprecedented challenges. As an important industry supporting the national development strategy,the strategic resilience of aviation logistics is particularly important. Based on the research background of post-epidemic era, this paper discusses the connotation definition of aviation logistics strategic resilience, and constructs the evaluation index system accordingly;then the paper uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to diagnose and analyze the strategic resilience of China’s aviation logistics under the impact of the epidemic situation, and reveals three major problems of weak strategic resilience of aviation logistics;finally,from the national, regional, industry and enterprise levels, the paper designs the strategic path and a series of strategies for the systematic improvement of China’s aviation logistics strategic resilience in the post-epidemic era.
