摘 要:通过维也纳心理测试系统评估轨道交通驾驶员职业素质能力和人格特质,使用斯皮尔曼相关系数分析了上述两者的相关性,结果表明神经质与选择性注意r(=0.243,p=0.01)、宜人性与注意反应力r(=0.208,p=0.027)呈现弱相关关系,神经质还和短时间处理简单任务能力r(=0.204,p=0.031)存在弱相关性,表明情绪稳定、与人和谐相处的驾驶员在轨道交通运营过程中更能及时发现故障并能较长时间保持注意力集中。实验结果表明外倾性即内外向与职业素质能力没有统计意义上的相关性,所以在今后的地铁公司招聘驾驶员时应看重宜人性以及神经质水平,不应将内向与否作为评估标准。The vocational quality and personality traits of rail transit drivers were evaluated by the Vienna psychological test system, and the correlation between the two was analyzed using Spearman’s correlation coefficient. The results showed that neuroticism and selective attention(r=0.243,p=0.01), agreeableness and attention response power(r=0.208,p=0.027)is weakly correlated, and neuroticism is also weakly correlated with the ability to handle simple tasks in a short period of time(r=0.204,p=0.031), indicating that emotionally stable and harmonious drivers are in rail transit during the operation process, faults can be detected in a timely manner and attention can be maintained for a longer period of time. The experimental results show that there is no statistical correlation between extroversion, that is, introversion and professional competence. Therefore, in the future, subway companies should pay attention to agreeableness and neuroticism when recruiting drivers, and should not use introversion as an evaluation criterion.
