摘　　要：近年来,深圳的高等教育发展取得了令人瞩目的成绩,充分彰显了“深圳速度”和“深圳精神”。选择优质教育资源开展合作办学,是深圳高等教育快速发展的路径之一。合作办学机构已成为深圳高等教育体系的重要组成部分。该文梳理了深圳市校合作办学情况,并对合作办学机构的管理体制和办学成效进行了分析,总结出合作办学的“深圳经验”,以期为新兴城市的高等教育发展提供参考和借鉴。In recent years, Shenzhen has achieved impressive progress in higher education, manifesting the famous “Shenzhen Speed” and “Shenzhen Spirit”. Cooperation in running schools with high-quality institutes is one reason for the repaid development of higher education in Shenzhen. Cooperative education institutions have been an important part of Shenzhen’s higher education system. This paper summarizes Shenzhen’s cooperation in running schools with other institutes and makes an analysis on the effectiveness and the school management system, with the expectation of providing “Shenzhen experience” to the development of higher education in other emerging cities.
