摘  要:德育是大学教育的重要组成部分,奖学金制度具有明显的德育功能,是高校德育工作的良好载体。然而,当前奖学金制度存在理论研究和创新性不足、在评选过程中忽略了对参评学生的德育、对获奖学生的感恩意识和奉献意识培养不足等问题,极大地弱化了奖学金制度的德育功能。只有创新奖学金制度发展模式,将德育融入奖学金评选全过程,做到“三全育人”,才能充分发挥奖学金制度的德育功能,为新时代大学生的成长成才提供保障。Moral education is an important part of university education, and the scholarship system has obvious moral education function, which is a good carrier of moral education in universities. However, due to the lack of theoretical research and innovation in the current scholarship system, the ignorance of moral education for participating students in the selection process, and the guidance of gratitude and dedication to the award-winning students, the moral education function of the scholarship system has been greatly weakened. It is necessary to innovate a new mode for the development of the scholarship system, integrate moral education into the whole process of scholarship selection, and achieve the“three aspects of education”, so as to give full play to the moral education function of the scholarship system and provide a guarantee for the growth and success of college students in the new era.
