摘　　要：《家庭教育促进法》的颁布施行,充分体现了习近平关于家庭家教家风建设论述的核心要义,彰显了家庭教育的公益性质和未成年人保护的实质。该法既尊重家庭教育的多元文化背景,又为家庭教育注入了现代化的要素和发展空间,顺应了实现中华民族伟大复兴及家庭教育现代化的时代要求。该法为家庭教育在法治轨道上的全面推进提供了坚实的制度基础,实现了家庭教育的全面法治化。The promulgation and implementation of the Family Education Promotion Law fully embodies the core meaning of Xi Jinping's thought of family,family education and family style construction,and highlights the public welfare nature of family education and the essence of juvenile protection.The Law not only respects the multicultural background of family education,but also injects modern elements and development space into family education,which complies with the requirements of the times for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the modernization of family education.Meantime,the Law provides a solid system foundation for the comprehensive promotion of family education on the legal track,and realizes the comprehensive legalization of family education.
