摘　　要：自20世纪90年代以来,欧盟一直致力于扩大国家、区域、地方各级决策中的女性政治参与,以满足政治领域的性别平等要求。针对女性政治参与过程中普遍存在的机会、资源不平衡的问题,欧盟采取了一系列政策举措来改善女性政治参与环境和条件,如广泛推行性别配额制度、推动提高女性参政能力的培训、增加女性政治参与的资金支持等,这些措施使欧盟女性在政治决策领域的话语权和地位得到了显著的提升。由于选举制度的差异、政党对女性参政的支持程度以及欧盟政策实施相关机制的不完善,影响了政策的实施效果。通过梳理和分析相关政策的实施案例可看到欧盟政策在不同欧盟国家的实施情况,对欧盟推动女性政治参与政策有更为全面的认识,同时也为其他国家女性政治参与提供了有益经验。Since the 1990s,the European Union has been committed to expanding women's political participation in decision-making at national,regional and local levels with an aim to meet the requirements of gender equality in the political field.A series of policy measures have been taken to improve the conditions and environment of women's political participation in view of the widespread imbalance of opportunities and resources in the process of women's political participation,such as the widespread implementation of gender quota system,political capacity training for women,financial support for women's political participation,etc.The measures have significantly improved the discourse power and status of women in the arena of political decision-making in the EU,and also provided a useful reference for other countries.The implementation of EU policies in the EU member states is impacted by the differences in the electoral system,the degree of political parties'support for women's political participation,and the imperfection of the relevant implementation mechanism of EU policy.By combing and analyzing the implementation cases of relevant policies,the EU policy implementation in EU countries is revealed and a more comprehensive understanding of EU's policy in promoting women's political participation is achieved.
