摘 要:静坐少动导致的身体活动不足是全球性的公共卫生问题。为了给北京高校30—59岁教师提供更详细的运动改善健康的实验依据,探寻高校中坚力量群体合理的健身之路,本研究采用实验法,在北京三所规模相当的普通高校中运用运动心肺测试系统和功率自行车测试,筛选出30—59岁共60名静坐少动女性受试者,参加为期12周不同剂量的运动干预实验。研究发现:通过12周规律的身体活动,可获得显著的健康效益并存在一定的时效性。规律身体活动使女性教师的健康受益显著优于静坐少动女性的体型、心肺耐力等,而且指标的变化支持长期有氧规律锻炼对健康促进的影响。Insufficient physical activity caused by sitting still and less movement is a global public health problem.To provide more detailed experimental basis for exercise to improve health for teachers aged 30-59 in Beijing colleges and universities,and explore a reasonable fitness path for the backbone of colleges and universities,in this study,an experimental method was used.After using the exercise cardiopulmonary test system and power cycling test in three 211 universities of comparable size in Beijing,a total of 60 sedentary female subjects between the ages of 30 and 59 were screened to participate in different 12-week dosing exercise intervention experiment.The study found that 12 weeks of regular physical activity can achieve significant health benefits and there is a certain timeliness.Regular physical activity benefits female teachers'health significantly better than sedentary women's body type,cardiorespiratory endurance,etc.,and the changes in indicators support the effect of long-term aerobic regular exercise on health promotion.
