京津冀城区居民生活用水量特征分析

摘　　要：目前我国面临着十分严峻的水资源压力,水资源分布呈现南北不均衡的空间格局,京津冀地区属于全国范围内的严重缺水区域,人口压力和水资源短缺问题十分突出。结合城市化进程的视角梳理京津冀地区的人口规模变化趋势,分析了京津冀地区面临的人口和水资源约束的现实矛盾。运用数据统计方法对比分析京津冀13个城市的生活用水量特征,包括人均水资源量、取水压力和居民家庭生活用水量的特征等,剖析了城市居民面临的生活用水需求矛盾以及风险区域,并根据分析结果提出了适应水资源条件的城镇发展布局在于坚持“以水定人”的策略,以期为应对京津冀地区城镇化对生活用水的胁迫效应、优化城镇发展布局提供参考。At present,China is facing a very serious problem of water resources pressure.The distribution of water resources presents an unbalanced spatial pattern from north to south.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a severely water-deficient area across the country,and population pressure and water shortage problems are very prominent.This research first sorts out the trend of population size change in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the perspective of the urbanization process,and analyzes the actual contradiction of population and water resources constraints faced by the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Then statistical methods are used to compare and analyze the characteristics of domestic water consumption in 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,including the characteristics of per capita water resources,water intake pressure and household water consumption,and the domestic water demand contradictions and risk areas faced by urban residents are analyzed.Based on the analysis results,it is proposed that the urban development layout strategy that adapts to water resource conditions is to adhere to the strategy of"using water to determine people",in order to provide reference for coping with the coercive effect of urbanization on domestic water and optimizing the urban development layout in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
