摘　　要：指出了建立国家公园体制是党的十八届三中全会提出的重点改革任务,是我国生态文明制度建设的重要内容,新疆卡拉麦里山有蹄类野生动物自然保护区以普氏野马、蒙古野驴和鹅喉羚为代表的有蹄类野生动物栖息地及温带干旱荒漠生态系统具有全球重要性,具有建立国家公园的天然优势。对保护区建立国家公园的可行性进行了分析,结果表明:该保护区符合公园资源价值具有全球代表性的要求,符合建立国家公园适宜性的要求,符合具有国家代表性和国民认同度高的要求,符合管理可行性的要求,是新疆建立国家公园的优先潜力区。The establishment of a national park system is a key reform task proposed at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and an important part of China's ecological civilization system construction.Kalamaili Mountain Ungulate Nature Reserve in Xinjiang has the natural advantages of establishing a national park because of its habitat of ungulated wildlife represented by Equus ferus przewalskii,Equus hemionus and Gazella subgutturosa which are of global importance.The feasibility of establishing a national park was studied in this study,and the results show that it meets the requirements of global representation of park resource value,suitability of establishing national parks,national representativeness and high national recognition,and management feasibility.It is the priority potential area for establishing national parks in Xinjiang.
