贵港市国家森林城市总体规划修编研究

摘　　要：贵港市2014年启动创建国家森林城市,“创森”期间正是森林城市建设快速发展的时期。随着《国家森林城市评价指标》(GB/T37342-2019)的发布实施,国家森林城市建设进入新的时期,因此贵港国家森林城市修编的意义重大并具有示范作用。着重从国家生态建设重大战略调整、北部湾森林城市群建设、贵港“六城联创”、人民日益增长的美好生态福祉需求方面探讨了总体规划修编的必要性,并着重说明了贵港市的修编路径及修编内容,为其他国家森林城市建设提供参考。With the rapid development of forest city construction,Guigang launched the establishment of national forest city in 2014.After the release and implementation of National Forest City Evaluation Index(GB/T37342-2019),the construction of National Forest City has entered a new period.Therefore,the revision of Guigang National Forest City is of great significance and will play an exemplary role.This paper mainly discussed the necessity of the revision of the master plan from the major strategic adjustments of the national ecological construction,the construction of the Beibu Gulf Forest city cluster,the"six-city joint creation"of Guigang,and the people's growing demand for better ecological well-being.It also explained the revising path and contents to provide reference for the construction of forest cities in other countries.
