摘 要:针对四川、安徽等地3种典型的浓香型白酒酒糟,以6%的发酵浓度,在37℃中温发酵条件下,进行了批式产沼气潜力测试。结果表明:①以浓香型白酒酒糟为原料,厌氧发酵启动十分迅速,在第2 d均出现产气高峰,然后产气快速下降,酒糟厌氧发酵初期易出现酸化风险,经pH调节后回复厌氧发酵;②由于酿酒工艺(主要是酿酒原料的发酵周期)不同,不同酒糟的产气潜力和产气周期存在差异。样品3酒糟的累计产气量(6557 mL)和TS产气潜力(218.6 mL/gTS)最高,而样品2酒糟的产气周期最长,达到50 d。Based on 3 typical Luzhou-liquor distiller's grains in Sichuan,Anhui and other places,a batch biogas production potential test was conducted under the conditions of total solids(DM)6%and 37℃.The results of the study showed that:①Using distiller's grains as raw material,anaerobic fermentation started very quickly.The biogas production peaks appeared on the second day,and then declined rapidly The risk of acidification in the initial stage of anaerobic fermentation of distiller’s grains was prone to occur.Anaerobic fermentation resumes after pH adjustment;②Due to the different brewing process(mainly the fermentation cycle of brewing raw materials),the gas production potential and gas production cycle of different distiller's grains are different.The cumulative gas production(6557ml)and TS gas production potential(218.6 mL/g DM)of sample 3 were the highest,while the retention time of sample 2 was the longest,reaching 50 d.
