摘 要:某新建污水管网流量计井项目,位于天津滨海软土地区,场地浅部地层工程力学性质差,周边环境紧张,已经施工完成的污水管道导致常规桩墙支护方案以及沉井方案无法实施。借鉴矿井以及地铁隧道中类似工程经验,采用竖井支护工艺解决了该基坑难题。详细介绍了竖井支护结构的设计计算方法、施工工艺流程和管道加固保护措施,第三方基坑监测结果证明:竖井支护工艺的设计与施工方案安全合理,经济可行,可以作为类似工程的参考。There is a pipe network flowmeter well project which is located in coastal soft soil area of Tianjin.The engineering mechanical properties of the shallow stratum are poor and the surrounding environment is tense.The constructed sewage pipeline leads to the failure of the conventional plate wall support scheme and open caisson scheme.Based on the experience of similar projects in mines and subway tunnels,the problem of foundation excavation is solved by shaft support technology.In this paper,the design and calculation method,construction process and pipeline reinforcement and protection measures of shaft support structure are introduced in detail.The final monitoring results show that the design and construction scheme of shaft support technology is safe,reasonable,economical and feasible,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
