重庆丘陵山区水泥石灰岩绿色矿山建设探析

摘　　要：为了解重庆市丘陵山区水泥石灰岩绿色矿山创建情况,选取忠县石板水水泥石灰岩为例,分析了研究区绿色矿山建设现状,选取适合研究区16项25个评价指标。研究结果表明:研究区绿色矿山建设工作得69分,绿色矿山建设已初具形态,创建工作正稳步推进。研究区有13项17个指标不达标,可分为基础设施类、综合治理类、三废治理、软件管理、文化及社会贡献软实力5类指标。据此,提出了从强化矿区环境及基础设施建设等5个方面措施分类逐一完善创建工作。丘陵山区水泥石灰岩绿色矿山建设应在因地制宜前提下,采取分类分步方式推进创建达标工作。In order to understand the situation of the establishment of cement limestone green mines in the hilly areas of Chongqing,Zhongxian County slate cement limestone green mines is selected as an example.16 items and 25 evaluation indexes suitable for the study area are selected.And the current situation of green mine construction in the study area is analyzed.The work of green mine construction in the research area got 69 marks.The form of green mine construction has been given out,and the establishment work is advancing steadily.The research area has 13 items and 17 indexes which can be divided into five categories-infrastructure,comprehensive management,three wastes management,software management as well as culture and social contribution soft power.The paper puts forward five measures to strengthen the environment and infrastructure construction in mining area.The construction of cement limestone green mines in hilly areas should be carried out in a classified and step-by-step way under the condition of local conditions.
