依法治校背景下大学生管理法治化建设的机制研究

摘　　要：在依法治校背景下,梳理当前大学生管理法治化的问题发现,在人本化理念层面缺乏正确定位、在管理执行层面缺乏法治观念、在制度建设层面缺乏权利救济、在学生个体层面缺乏自我管理。大学生管理法治化需从宏观和微观两个层面来进行建设,需从构建人本化管理机制、构建执行监督与评价考核机制、构建学生救济机制、构建学生自我管理机制入手,通过多种行之有效的方式构建多元纵向联动机制,形成科学的法治化管理体系。Under the background of school administration by law,combing the problems of the current management of college students on the rule of law,we found that there is a lack of correct positioning at the level of the concept of humanization,a lack of the concept of the rule of law at the level of management and implementation,a lack of rights relief at the level of system construction,and a lack of self-management at the level of individual students.The rule of law of college students'management needs to be constructed from both micro-and macro-level,and from the construction of human-based management mechanism,the construction of executive supervision and evaluation mechanism,the construction of student relief mechanism,the construction of student self-management mechanism,through a variety of effective ways to build a multi-vertical linkage mechanism,the formation of a scientific rule of law management system.
