思想政治工作视域下军校大学生幸福感的组成与特点研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查、个别访谈和座谈会等形式,深入了解军校大学生的幸福感状况,认为其组成应该包括军人职业、学习训练、内外关系、物质待遇、文化生活幸福感等方面。军校大学生幸福感也有自己的特点,即价值性、时代性、艰苦性和集体性。军校思想政治工作必须充分发挥其服务保障作用,着力引导大学生树立马克思主义幸福观,充分享受在校的幸福学习时光。Through questionnaires,individual interviews and symposiums,we have a deep understanding of the well-being of military college students.We think that the composition of the well-being should include the professional well-being of soldiers,the well-being of learning and training,the well-being of internal and external relations,the well-being of material treatment,the well-being of cultural life and so on.Military college students'well-being also has its own characteristics,that is,value,times,hardship and collectivity.The ideological and political work in military academies must give full play to its service guarantee role,focus on guiding college students to establish Marxist concept of happiness,and fully enjoy the happy study time in school.
