摘 要:在低浓度涉氢(及同位素)被污退役核设施的清洗过程中,用质谱分析清洗后气体样本已经无法被准确测量。因此,提出将气态样本转换为液态样本,用液闪谱仪做定量分析的方法,并且建立了模拟实验装置。根据工艺流程的具体要求,设计基于PLC的取样分析控制系统,该控制系统包括常规信号采集、温度PID控制,串口RS232、RS485通信及OPC通信等,实现了参数设定、数据处理、数据显示与存储等功能。实验结果表明:该取样分析控制系统运行稳定可靠,操作界面友好简单且便于维护,实用性强。In process of cleaning nuclear facilities contaminated by low-concentration hydrogen(and isotope),the washed gas samples can’t be accurately measured by mass spectrometry.In this paper,a method of employing liquid scintillation spectrometer to quantitatively analyze liquid samples converted from the gaseous samples was proposed and its simulation experiment set was established.According to the specific requirements of the process,a PLC-based control system for sampling analysis was designed,in which,the conventional signal acquisition,temperature PID control,serial port RS232,RS485 communication and OPC communication are included to realize functions of parameter setting,data processing,data display and storage.The experimental results show that,this sampling analysis control system runs stably and reliably along with friendly and simple operation interface,easy maintenance and strong practicability.
