摘  要:某年产100万吨乙烯装置KBR工艺包质谱采样点位设计在急冷器前面,针对投用过程中部分PY-Gas采样器温度降不到设定值;样品冷却后产生的凝液来不及下沉回流,随气体样品一起流出采样器,未达到平衡;不同时间段、不同安装位置的PY-Gas控温差异大的问题,提出优化改进措施。改进投用后,PY-Gas采样器出口温度基本都达到了技术要求,采样出口样气也达到了无油、无水,温度保持在3~10℃的要求。In KBR process package of a 1000 kt ethylene cracking furnace,the sampling points were designed at the front of the quench cooler;aiming at part of PY-Gas samplers’temperature failed to the set value and the condensate from the cooled samples failed to reflow and discharged along with gas sample and failed to reach balance;and at different time periods and various mounting position,obvious difference could be seen at PY-Gas samplers,optimizing improvement measure was proposed and applied.The results show that,the outlet temperature of PY-Gas sampler basically meets technical requirements,and the sample gas at the outlet also meets the requirements of to be oil free and water free and keeping a temperature at 3 to 10℃.
