摘　　要：目的检验中文版日间嗜睡感知量表(DSPS)在我国驾驶员中的信度、效度和适用性,为促进和改善中国驾驶员睡眠驾驶情况提供参考。方法经过开放性问卷调查,翻译和初测以及重测等步骤修订DSPS,累计施测440名驾驶员,通过项目分析和因素分析,形成最终中文版量表,并在两周后随机抽取90人完成重测。结果中文版日间嗜睡感知量表由4个题目构成,累计方差解释率为57.27%。修订后量表总的内部一致性信度为0.71。量表总分及各个题目得分与亲社会和攻击驾驶行为相关显著,表明量表的效度较好。结论中文版日间嗜睡感知量表信效度良好,可用于测量我国驾驶员群体白天嗜睡感知程度。Objective To test the reliability,validity and applicability of Chinese version of the Daytime Sleepiness Perception Scale(DSPS)in Chinese drivers,in order to improve Chinese drivers'sleep behavior while driving.Methods An open questionnaire survey,translation,preliminary test and retest were carried out to revise DSPS.A total of 440 drivers completed the Chinese Daytime Sleepiness Perception Scale.The final scale was established through item test,and exploratory factor analysis.Two weeks later,90 drivers were randomly selected to complete the retest.Results The final Chinese version of Daytime Sleepiness Perception Scale included 4 items.The cumulative variance explanation rate was 57.27%.The internal consistency reliability of the scale was 0.71.The total score of the scale and the scores of each item were significantly related to prosocial and aggressive driving behaviors,indicating that the validity of the scale is good.Conclusion the Chinese version of Daytime Sleepiness Perception Scale(DSPS)has good reliability and validity,which can be used to measure the perception of daytime sleepiness among Chinese drivers.
