摘 要:目的:引入目标管理理念,对已参加过专科护士培训的手术室专科护士进行规范化管理。方法:成立手术室专科护士目标管理项目组,确定专科护士个人目标,规范使用与管理,进行月度总结、季度汇报与年度考核,从专科护士开展工作情况、科室护理质量情况、医生满意度三方面评价管理模式的实施效果。结果:规范化管理后,专科护士在核心期刊论文发表、专利申请、课题申报、开展质量改进项目、主持护理查房、授课次数方面均多于非专科护士;专科护士担任亚专科组长后,科室护理质量提高;医生对专科护士的满意度评分高于非专科护士;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于目标管理理念的手术室专科护士规范化管理,促进了专科护士有效的开展工作,提升了护理质量及外科医生满意度,从而为专科发展奠定基础。Objective:To introduce the concept of Management by Objective(MBO)and carry out standardized management of specialist nurses in the operating room who have participated in the training of specialist nurses.Methods:The objective management project group of specialist nurses in operating rooms was established to determine the personal goals of specialist nurses,standardize the use and management,conduct monthly summary,quarterly report and annual assessment,and evaluate the implementation effect of the management mode from three aspects:the work of specialist nurses,the nursing quality of the department and the satisfaction of doctors.Results:After standardized management,specialist nurses were more than non-specialist nurses in core journal paper publication,patent application,project declaration,quality improvement projects,nursing rounds,teaching times.The nursing quality of the department was improved after the specialist nurses served as the sub-specialist group leader.Doctors′satisfaction score of specialist nurses is higher than that of non-specialist nurses.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The standardized management of specialist nurses in operating rooms based on the management by objectives promotes the effective work of specialist nurses,improves the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of surgeons,thus laying a foundation for the development of specialist nurses.
