摘　　要：上海作为超大城市是中国重要的蔬菜销地市场,做好蔬菜保供稳价是重要的民生工程之一。受新冠肺炎疫情、夏季洪涝灾害、冬季大小寒潮影响,2021年上海蔬菜价格总体上符合季节性规律,但价格变化整体态势与2019年和2020年不同,2019年和2020年呈“M”型趋势,而2021年呈“V”型趋势,且部分蔬菜涨幅较高。最后,从疫情防控、天气情况、供需流通等角度预测了2022年上海蔬菜价格走势。As a megacity, Shanghai is an important vegetable market in China. It is one of the important livelihood projects to ensure vegetable supply and stable price. Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, summer floods and cold waves in winter, vegetable prices in Shanghai in 2021 generally conformed to seasonal rules,but the overall trend of price change was different from that in 2019 and 2020, with a "M" trend in 2019 and2020, and a "V" trend in 2021, and some vegetables had higher increase rates. Finally, from the perspective of pandemic prevention and control, weather conditions, supply and demand and so on, the trend of vegetable prices in 2022 in Shanghai was forecasted.
