摘  要:针对韶钢高线粗轧机组4号轧机入口滚动导卫频繁失效问题,对导辊和销轴进行断口分析,判断韧性断裂非主要原因;长期承受冲击载荷和交变载荷的共同作用为导辊失效的主要原因;销轴材料中存在魏氏体组织使其脆性提高为销轴失效的主要原因。结合产线特点提出改善导辊冷却和对前机架进行孔型优化等预防措施。In view of the frequent failures of rolling guide at the inlet of the stand#4 at SGIS,the fractures of the guide roller and pin of the shaft were analyzed to determine that the ductile fracture was not the main reason.The combined action of long-term impact load and alternating load was the main reason of the failure of the roller.The main reason of pin failure was the increase of brittleness due to the existence of Weissenite structure in pin material.According to the characteristics of the production line,preventive measures such as improving the cooling of guide roller and optimizing the pass profile of the stand#3 are put forward.
