摘  要:为提高防冲支护设备的抗冲击性能,设计了一种直纹管扩径式吸能构件。采用数值模拟与实验相结合的研究方法.研究了吸能构件增大壁厚之后的力学性能及吸能效果通过理论分析计算出吸能构件的平均栽荷及吸收的能量,再通过实验验证。结果表明:在发生屈曲变形过程中,随着吸能构件壁厚的增加,吸能构件的支撑反力及吸收能量也随之增加,吸能构件在屈曲变形过程中具有稳定的扩径变形模式,是防冲支护领域中较为理想的吸能构件。In order to improve the anti-impact performance of anti-impact support equipment,a type of straight corrugated tube expanding energy absorbing component is designed.The research method of combining numerical simulation with experiment is adopted.The mechanical properties and energy absorption effect of the energy absorbing component with increased wall thickness are studied.The average load and absorbed energy of the energy absorbing component are calculated by theoretical analysis.Finally,through experimental verification,the results show that in the process of buckling deformation,with the increase of wall thickness of the energy absorbing member,the support reaction and energy absorption of the energy absorbing member also increase,and that the energy absorbing member has a stable expanding deformation mode in the process of buckling deformation,which is an ideal energy absorbing member in the field of anti-scour support.
