煤泥重介质旋流器在动力煤选煤厂粗煤泥分选中的应用

摘　　要：为将粗精煤泥与末精煤产品掺配销售,提高企业经济效益,宝山煤矿选煤厂结合煤质情况,采用煤泥重介质旋流器对粗煤泥进行了分选,并通过单机检查试验,对煤泥重介质旋流器的分选效果进行了评价。结果表明:煤泥重介质旋流器分选宝山煤矿选煤厂动力煤粗煤泥的可能偏差为0.068g/cm^(3),数量效率为96.77%,精煤带矸量为0.48%,分选下限接近0.125mm,分选效果良好,可满足生产需求。煤泥重介质旋流器在宝山煤矿选煤厂粗煤泥分选中的成功应用,为动力煤选煤厂粗煤泥的分选提供了有益参考。The cleaned coarse slime and clean small coal products are sold by Baoshan Coal Mine Washery in a mixed manner for improving the plant's economic performance.To adapt to the property of the coal,the coarse slime is treated with H.M.cyclone,and the effect in separation of the slime with this method is evaluated through testing with a stand-alone H.M.cyclone.Test results show that for treating the coarse power coal slime,the cyclone can operate remarkably well and is capable of meeting production requirement;the cyclone can work with an ecart probable moyen value of merely 0.068 g/cm^(3)and an organic efficiency as high as 96.77%;and moreover,it can wash down to a lower size limit of around 0.125 mm,and the percentage of refuse misplaced in clean product is as low as 0.48%.The successful application of the coarse slime H.M.cyclone at Baoshan Plant provides a valuable reference for coarse slime cleaning operation at other power coal washeries.
