摘  要:【目的】针对快递包装物回收问题建立了包含居民点、回收中心、处理中心、再制造中心与焚烧中心的逆向物流网络。【方法】考虑到快递包装物的回收具有分布范围较广、数量较多且波动较大的特点,采用三角模糊数进行定义,以成本最小化为目标构建了混合整数非线性规划模型,以确定各级设施的数量、位置以及物流分配。【结果】运用可信性理论,通过设置置信水平等参数,对模型的约束条件进行了等价转换,降低了模型的求解复杂度。【结论】实验结果表明,模型能够较为真实地模拟快递包装物逆向物流网络决策过程,是可行的;Lingo程序能够有效地求解到模型中各级设施布局以及它们之间流向与流量的最优方案。[Purposes]This research established a reverse logistics network for express packaging,which consists of five levels:residential area,recycling center,treatment center,remanufacturing center and incineration center.[Methods]Because of the characteristics of wide distribution,large quantity and large fluctuation of the recycling of express packages,triangle fuzzy number is used to define the model.In order to determine the number,location and distribution of facilities at all levels,a mixed integer nonlinear programming model was established with the goal of cost minimization.[Findings]By setting confidence level parameters and using credibility theory,the constraint conditions of the model are equivalent transformed,which reduced the complexity of model solution.[Conclusions]The experimental results show that the model can simulate the decision-making process of express packaging reverse logistics network,and it is feasible.The Lingo program can effectively solve the optimal scheme of the layout of facilities at all levels in the model,as well as the flow direction and flow rate between them.
