摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央统筹世界百年未有之大变局和中华民族伟大复兴战略全局,围绕生态文明建设的重大理论与现实问题,进行了深邃思考,提出了一系列新理念新思想新战略,创立了习近平生态文明思想。习近平生态文明思想有其生成的基本理论遵循、坚实理论支撑、深厚文化底蕴、有益理论镜鉴、丰富实践依据;习近平生态文明思想体系完整、内涵丰富,核心要义包括生态价值观、生态发展观、生态民生观、生态系统观、生态法治观、生态共赢观等;习近平生态文明思想价值意蕴深厚,是马克思主义生态文明观的新飞跃、社会主义生态文明建设的新指南、美丽世界建设的新方案。Since the CPC’s 18 th National Congress,the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping at its core,has made profound thoughts on the major theoretical and practical issues of ecological civilization,put forward a series of new concepts,ideas and strategies,and created Xi Jinping Thinking on Ecological Civilization,in the context of the profound changes of a kind unseen in the world in a century and the strategic overall situation of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The article argues that Xi Jinping Thinking on Ecological Civilization has its basic theoretical guidelines,solid theoretical support,rich cultural heritage,reasonable theoretical mirror,and rich practical wisdom.The thinking has a complete system and rich connotation,and its core elements include ecological values,ecological development,ecological livelihood,ecosystems,ecological rule of law,and ecological win-win concepts.The thinking has a deep value implication,and it is a Marxist concept of ecological civilization.It is a new leap in the Marxist concept of ecological civilization,a new guide for socialist ecological civilization,and a new vision for a beautiful world.
