摘 要:依据Folgar-Tucker纤维取向模型及广义非牛顿流体本构方程,采用Solidwoks软件创建了复合材料制品的三维模型,将模拟纤维在模腔中的注射压缩成型流动过程导入Moldflow软件中。对比了注射成型与注射压缩成型得到的制品中碳纤维取向程度,并预测复合材料在该取向上的导热性能。研究结果表明,制品厚度、纤维含量是影响纤维取向程度的关键因素。注射压缩工艺下,当制品厚度由0.6 mm减小至0.2 mm时,纤维取向张量平均值由0.19提升至0.57,提高了约2倍;当纤维含量由20%增加至40%时,纤维取向张量平均值由0.3提升至0.45,提高了约0.5倍。2种不同工艺下,模具温度均对纤维取向程度存在一定影响。利用注射压缩工艺,改善制品的厚度、填料含量及模具温度能有效地提高纤维取向程度,使内部纤维整体取向均匀,形成密实化导热网络,有利于取向方向上热导率的提升。According to the Folgar-Tucker fiber orientation model and the generalized non-Newtonian fluid constitutive equation,the three-dimensional model of the composite product was created by Solidworks.The model was imported into the software Moldflow to simulate the flow process of the fiber injection compression molding in the mold cavity.The orientation degree of carbon fiber in injection molding was compared with that in injection compression molding,and the thermal conductivity of the composite in this orientation was predicted.The results showed that product thickness and fiber content were the key factors affecting fiber orientation.Under the injection compression process,when the thickness of the product was reduced from 0.6 mm to 0.2 mm,the average fiber orientation tensor was increased from 0.19 to 0.57,an increase of about 2 times.When the fiber content increases from 20%to 40%,the average fiber orientation tensor increases from 0.3 to 0.45,which was about 0.5 times higher.Mold temperature had a certain effect on fiber orientation under the two different processes.Using injection compression technology,controlling product thickness,filler content and mold temperature could effectively improve the fiber orientation degree,so that the overall orientation of the internal fiber was uniform,forming a dense thermal conductivity network,which was helpful to improve the thermal conductivity in the orientation direction.
