摘 要:以某汽车制动插件为例,为提高注塑产品质量,利用Moldflow软件对产品模型进行翘曲分析。采用响应面法—中心复合试验设计(CCD)并结合注塑CAE技术,获得了初步优化后的参数:模具温度70℃、熔体温度250℃、保压压力95 MPa、保压时间10 s,该参数对应的翘曲量为1.18 mm。通过方差分析,得到4个注塑工艺参数对产品翘曲量的影响顺序,即保压压力>保压时间>熔体温度>模具温度,拟合得到响应面模型作为算法模型。在该基础上,以翘曲量最小为约束条件,采用粒子群算法(PSO)对工艺参数进行优化,得到进一步优化后的最佳工艺参数组合,即模具温度60℃、熔体温度280℃、保压压力95 MPa、保压时间8.296 s,该组参数对应的翘曲量最小值为1.057 mm,与初步优化后的参数相比,翘曲值降低了10.85%。同时,采用该参数组合进行实际注塑生产,产品质量得到有效提高。Taking a certain automobile brake plug-in as an example,in order to improve the quality of injection molded products,Moldflow software was used to analyze the warpage of the product model.Using response surface method—central composite experiment design(CCD)combined with injection molding CAE technology,the preliminary optimized parameters were obtained.The mold temperature was 70℃,the melt temperature was 250℃,the holding pressure was 95 MPa,and the holding time was 10 s.The curvature was 1.18 mm.Through the analysis of variance,the influence of four injection process parameters on product warpage was obtained,namely,holding pressure>holding time>melt temperature>mold temperature.At the same time,the response surface model was fitted as the algorithm model.On this basis,with the minimum warpage as the constraint condition,the particle swarm optimization(PSO)was used to optimize the process parameters,and the best combination of process parameters after further optimization was obtained,that was,the mold temperature was 60℃and the melt temperature was 280℃.The holding pressure was 95 MPa,the holding time was 8.296 s,the minimum warpage was 1.057 mm,and the warpage value was reduced by 10.85%.The actual injection molding production was carried out,and the product quality was effectively improved.
