摘  要:人口老龄化和关节患者年轻化的趋势愈来愈明显,人工关节置换材料需要提升性能并延长使用寿命,才能满足社会发展的需求。超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)具有优异的耐磨性和生物相容性,是人工关节置换领域的研究热点,但是传统的成型工艺存在残留化学物质、无法精确加工复杂结构等问题。增材制造(AM)作为一种新兴的制造工艺,可快速、精确地制造具备复杂结构的植入体来满足个性化需求,在人工关节置换领域中,具有广阔的应用市场和发展前景。文章对UHMWPE增材制造方法进行综述,重点论述选区激光烧结工艺(SLS)、工艺参数及其优化、增强相添加等方面的最新研究成果,同时结合当前研究现状,提出新的研究方向,以期促进UHMWPE的增材制造发展。With the trend of aging population and younger joint patients more and more obvious,artificial joint replacement materials need better performance and service life to meet the needs of social development.Due to its excellent wear resistance and biocompatibility,ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)has been a hot research topic in artificial joint replacement field.However,the traditional molding methods have some problems,such as residual chemical substances,unable to accurately process complex structures and so on.As a new manufacturing technology,additive manufacturing(AM)can rapidly and accurately manufacture personalized implants with complex structures to meet the personalized needs,which has a broad application market and development prospect in the field of artificial joint replacement.We reviewed the manufacturing methods of UHMWPE AM and the latest research results in selective laser sintering(SLS),parameter optimization,reinforcement phase addition are introduced in detail.At the same time,new research directions are proposed according to the current research status,so as to promote the development of AM of UHMWPE.
