摘　　要：要上海率先提出“15分钟生活圈”的概念,形成了城市治理的基本单位“智慧社区”。当前我国正面临公共卫生、人口老龄化等问题,如何借助智慧技术缓解社区老年人的生活困境,为老年人打造宜居的环境,成为了“智慧城市”建设的重要命题之一。该文通过对上海市黄浦区半淞园社区街道的测绘与街道行为活动的调查,运用POI数据分析、SD语义解析法,从规划层面对街道进行综合评价,以问题为导向提出适老性改进和优化策略。Shanghai took the lead in proposing the concept of"15-minute living circle"and formed the"smart community",the basic unit of urban governance.At the same time,our country is facing issues such as public health and population aging.How to use smart technology to alleviate the living plight of the elderly in the community and to create a livable environment for the elderly has become one of the important propositions for the construction of"smart cities".Based on the investigation of street behavior activities and mapping of Bansongyuan community streets in Huangpu District,Shanghai,using POI data analysis and SD semantic analysis method we comprehensively evaluate the streets from the planning level,and propose the problem-oriented aging improvement and optimization strategy.
