涡旋压缩机动涡盘倾覆特性仿真分析

摘  要:针对涡旋压缩机动涡盘倾覆问题,在对其转子系统运行规律及受力特性理论分析的基础上,采用Solidworks与UG12.0联合建立了涡旋压缩机整机模型,并使用ADAMS对动涡盘在变齿高及运动副间隙下的倾角进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:定齿高下间隙与动涡盘倾覆呈正相关,且间隙值越大最大倾角波动范围也越大,但均对应于倾覆力矩的峰值188.1~277.2°范围内,相对稳定;定间隙值下齿高与动涡盘倾覆呈负相关,齿高对压缩机起动加速阶段动涡盘的振动有影响,但对其加速时间几乎没有影响。研究结果为涡旋压缩机的结构优化设计及动涡盘倾覆特性下切向泄漏问题的研究提供重要理论支撑。Aiming at the problem of overturning of orbiting scroll in scroll compressor,based on the theoretical analysis of operation law and force characteristics of rotor system,the whole machine model of scroll compressor was established by using Solidworks and UG12.0,and the simulation analysis of the obliquity of orbiting scroll under variable tooth height and kinematic pair clearance was carried out by using ADAMS.The simulation results show that there is a positive correlation between height clearance and overturning of orbiting scroll,and the fluctuation range of the maximum inclination angle increases with the increase of height clearance,but they are relatively stable in the range of 188.1~277.2°corresponding to the peak overturning moment.And there is a negative correlation between the tooth height and the overturning of orbiting scroll at a fixed clearance value.The tooth height has an effect on the orbiting scroll vibration at the starting and accelerating stage of compressor,but has almost no effect on its accelerating time.The research results provide important theoretical support for the structure optimization design of scroll compressor and the research of tangential leakage under the overturning characteristics of orbiting scroll.
