摘 要:往复压缩机在石油化工领域有着重要作用,为了有效地控制压缩机运行时产生的振动,通过锤击法测试了一台大型往复压缩机的模态参数,采用单点激励多点响应法进行测试,复模态单自由度法进行模态参数识别。结果表明:该压缩机的前6阶模态主要为机身整体或其中一列的摆动或扭转运动。研究结果可以为大型往复压缩机的结构设计和振动控制提供指导。Reciprocating compressors play an important role in the petrochemical industry.In order to effectively control the vibration generated during compressor operation,the modal parameters of a large type of reciprocating compressor were tested by hammer method,and the single-point excitation and multi-point response method were used for testing.The complex modal single degree of freedom method is used for modal parameter identification.The results show that the first six modes of compressor are mainly the swing or torsion movement of the whole body or one of the columns.The research results can provide guidance for the structural design and vibration control of large type of reciprocating compressors.
