摘  要:大型压缩机组作为油气田企业关键设备,由于其结构复杂、部件众多,存在监测诊断难的问题[1]。传统的在线监测系统监测数据少,诊断准确率低,离线监测时间间隔大,诊断效率低。针对这一情况,以牙哈处理站DTY4500高压注气压缩机组在线监测及故障诊断系统为例,利用压缩机组工艺和振动数据表征注气压缩机组运行的情况和趋势,并进行大数据分析,及时反馈装置的异常现象和建议措施等,逐步实现设备的预测性维护。实践证明:在线监测及故障诊断技术在现场的应用,实现了对机组的实时监测和早期故障诊断,能够在机组发生重大损坏之前检测出设备运行参数的变化,使设备管理人员有充足的时间应对机组的异常变化,避免设备发生更严重的损坏和恶性事故。As the key equipment of oil and gas field enterprises,large type of compressor unit has the problem of difficult monitoring and diagnosis because of its complex structure and many components.The traditional on-line monitoring system has few monitoring data,low diagnosis accuracy,large off-line monitoring time interval and low diagnosis efficiency.In view of this situation,taking the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system of DTY4500 high-pressure gas injection compressor unit in Yaha treatment station as an example,this paper uses the compressor unit process and vibration data to characterize the operation situation and trend of gas injection compressor unit,carries out big data analysis,timely feed back the abnormal phenomena and recommended measures of equipment,and gradually realize the predictive maintenance of equipment.Practice has proved that the application of on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis technology in the field has realized the real-time monitoring and early fault diagnosis of the unit,and can detect the changes of equipment operation parameters before major damage to the unit,so that the equipment managers have enough time to deal with the abnormal changes of the unit and avoid more serious damage and malignant accidents.
