双螺杆压缩机螺杆转子齿间容积内容积比的一种算法

摘　　要：基于多头螺杆转角与螺距(导程)的关系,分析了一对共轭啮合的螺杆转子的相对转角与螺杆转子长度的变化关系,推导出了一对共轭啮合的螺杆转子工作基元齿间面积与螺杆转子长度的变化关系,利用微积分计算体积的理论,得出了双螺杆转子理论最大齿间容积与内容积比的计算公式,结合给定的内容积比可以计算并确定出气口的位置。其中的未知参数少,易推算,更便捷,具有一定的工程实用价值。Based on the relationship between the rotation angle of multi-head screw and the pitch(lead),the relationship between the relative rotation angle of a pair of conjugated screw rotors and the length of screw rotor is analyzed,and the relationship between the inter-tooth area of working element and the length of screw rotor is derived.Using the theory of calculus to calculate the volume,the calculation formula of the theoretical maximum inter-tooth volume to the internal volume ratio of twin-screw rotor is obtained.Combined with the given internal volume ratio,the position of the outlet can be calculated and determined.The unknown parameters are less,easy to calculate,more convenient,and has a certain engineering practical value.
