摘　　要：对海洋石油平台轻烃回收系统中残液回收压缩机的应用工况进行介绍。对机组模拟工况调试的必要性进行分析,提出了轻烃回收系统非外输作业下依托现有流程条件的残液压缩机模拟工况调试流程方案。完成了模拟工况下流程方案阐述并完成方案的应用实践,同时归纳了模拟工况下机组工艺控制操作要点,以及机组安全保护系统的注意事项。In the paper,the application condition of residual liquid recycle compressor in the light hydrocarbon recovery system onoffshore oil platform was introduced.The necessity of commissioning unit in simulation conditions was analyzed.Based on the existing process conditions,the commissioning process scheme of the residual liquid compressor under the non-export operation of light hydrocarbon recovery system was put forward.The description of the process scheme under the simulated working conditions and the application practice of the scheme were completed.At the same time,the key points of process control operation and the matters for attention of the unit safety protection system under the simulated working condition are summarized.
