摘 要:往复活塞式压缩机在许多生产领域中应用广泛,属于高耗能的关键设备。余隙无级调节气量节能技术的研究与应用对于提高往复压缩机的能源利用效率,对于国家降低二氧化碳排放目标具有重要意义。作者总结了余隙无级调节气量节能技术在国内近十余年的应用现状,阐述了该项技术的发展历史,分析了在多型号、多台套往复压缩机上进行技术改造的应用情况,根据实际改造经验,总结了余隙无级调节气量节能技术的所实现的特性指标。该项技术除了能够实现节能目标外,还具有安全可靠性高,性价比高,优化压缩机的运行环境,提高压缩机一次性运行周期和工作效率等优点。Reciprocating compressors are widely used in many production fields and are key equipment with high energy consumption.The research and application of the technology of step-less regulating clearance has great significances to improve the energy utilization efficiency of reciprocating compressors and reduce the national CO 2 emission.The paper summarized the application status of the energy-saving technology of step-less regulating clearance in the past ten years,expounded the development history,analyzed the technological renovation of multi-model and multiple reciprocating compressors,and summarized the technology characteristics.In addition to achieve energy-saving goals,this technology also has the advantages of high safety and reliability,high cost performance,optimizing the operating environment,and improving the operation cycle and working efficiency of compressors.
