摘  要:为了解决箱涵顶推下穿高速公路时箱涵方向偏差和路面沉降问题,以荆门439省道下穿襄荆高速公路工程为例,分析确定了箱涵顶推过程中的主要控制参数,建立系统的监测方案,在顶推过程中实时反馈监测结果调整下一步施工措施。研究结果表明,箱涵的轴向偏差需通过调整千斤顶顶程修正,箱涵的不均匀沉降会影响高速公路的路面平整,差异小的沉降可通过箱涵顶部预铺水泥浆、高速路面局部填补冷拌沥青等调整与补救措施,差异大的沉降需通过箱涵尾部抬升调整。In order to solve the problem of box culvert direction deviation and pavement settlement when the box culvert is pushed under the expressway,taking the project of Jingmen 439 provincial road under the Xiangjing expressway as an example,the main control parameters in the process of box culvert pushing were analyzed and determined with a system monitoring scheme established.The monitoring results were fed back in real time during the pushing process to adjust the next construction measures.The results are the followings.The axial deviation of the box culvert should be corrected by adjusting the jack lift.The uneven settlement of the box culvert will affect the highway pavement leveling.The settlement with small difference can be adjusted and remedied by paving cement slurry on the top of the box culvert and filling cold mixed asphalt on the high-speed pavement.The settlement with large difference can be adjusted by lifting the tail of the box culvert.
