摘  要:大位移井和水平井的开采作业逐渐增多,由此带来的油井水平段过长、井筒曲率过大及井眼缩颈等使得套管下入困难的问题越来越突出。而具备导向和扩眼能力的套管引鞋头在遇阻时通过套管柱旋转或相对套管旋转,是解决上述问题的有效途径之一。从套管引鞋头的结构、材料、技术特点、主要参数及典型应用等方面对国内外套管引鞋头的技术现状进行了综述。给国内套管引鞋头的研发方向和技术攻关趋势提出了采用易钻除-低摩擦因数材料制造、实现自旋转引导、增强井筒清洗能力等建议,可为我国套管引鞋头的设计和研究提供参考。The exploitation operation of extended reach wells and horizontal wells has gradually increased,and the resulting problems such as long horizontal section of oil wells,excessive wellbore curvature and wellbore shrinkage have made casing running more and more difficult.The casing guide shoe head with the ability of guiding and reaming abilities can sweep off the obstacles at casing running by casing string rotation or relative casing rotation,which is one of the effective ways to solve the above problems.In the paper,the technical status of casing guide shoe head at home and abroad was reviewed from the aspects of structure,material,technical characteristics,main parameters and typical applications of existing casing guide heads.Then,some suggestions were put forward for the research and development direction and technical research trend of casing guide shoe head in China,such as using easy drilling-low friction factor material to manufacture,realizing self-rotation guidance,and enhancing wellbore cleaning ability,which provides reference for the design and research of casing guide head in China.
