致密油水平井分段注采一体化管柱研究

摘　　要：水平井注水吞吐采油是三塘湖盆地致密油区块开发的重要方式。针对水平段合层笼统注水吞吐工艺出现层间吸水不均,低渗透储层储量无法有效动用,以及多轮次吞吐后开发效果变差的突出问题,设计了水平井分段注采一体化管柱,研制了机电一体化智能注采器、高压过电缆封隔器及安全辅助工具等,实现了水平井一趟完井管柱分段注水-分段采油的功能。现场试验结果表明:一趟完井管柱承压差50 MPa、耐温120℃,在内径121 mm套管内完成3段分注分采,水平段长达1000 m^(3)一体化完井管柱封隔器20 MPa一次性完成坐封,验封25 MPa合格,分段密封性良好;注采器注采嘴采用柱塞式设计,连续可调、开-关灵活可靠,控制精度2%,单层最大日注量20 m^(3)。该管柱的研制成功对于提高致密油非均质储层储量的有效动用有重要意义。Water-flood huff and puff of horizontal well is an important way to develop tight oil blocks in the Santanghu Basin.In order to solve the problems caused by commingled water-flood huff and puff technology of horizontal section,such as uneven water absorption between layers,ineffective producing of reserves of low permeability reservoir,and poor development effect after multi-round water-flood,the integrated sectional injection-production string of horizontal well was designed,the integrated mechanical and electrical intelligent injection-production device,high pressure cable crossing packer and safety auxiliary tools were developed,and the function of sectional injection and sectional production in one trip of completion string of horizontal well was realized.The initial field test results show that the pressure difference of one trip completion string is 50 MPa,the temperature resistance is 120℃,3 sections of separate zone injection and separate zone production is accomplished in the casing with an inside diameter of 121 mm,and the horizontal section length reaches 1000 m^(3)the integrated completion string packer accomplishes setting at 20 MPa once only,proving to be qualified by sealing test of 25 MPa,and the sectional sealing capacity is good;the plunger type design of injection-production nozzle is continuously adjustable,its on-off is flexible and reliable,the control accuracy is 2%,and the maximum daily injection of single layer is 20 m^(3).The successful development of the integrated sectional injection-production string in horizontal well of tight oil reservoir is of great significance to improve the effective producing of reserves in tight and heterogeneous oil reservoir.
