摘 要:目前,测试管柱力学研究主要集中在测试管柱受到内压、外压、轴力、扭矩、弯矩和黏滞摩阻等多种载荷变化下的屈曲变形,对用于连接测试管柱的螺纹及测试管柱发生变形时螺纹应力分布和强度分析不足。为此,采用有限元软件建立了测试管柱螺纹的有限元分析模型,对测试管柱接头螺纹进行受力分析,研究管柱螺纹应力随纵向载荷变化和有、无上扣扭矩对管柱螺纹应力和强度的影响。研究结果表明:测试管柱螺纹两端扣牙处等效应力较大,其中后端最后一扣的等效应力最大,而中部的扣牙受力相对较小;随着纵向载荷的不断增大,管柱螺纹处的应力幅值不断增大,在不同纵向载荷作用下,管柱内螺纹和外螺纹相互作用力均出现两头大、中间小的形态;有上扣扭矩时,测试管柱扣牙处的应力比无上扣扭矩时大,并且有上扣扭矩会增加后端扣牙的咬合力。所得结果可为测试管柱的安全分析提供理论支持。At present,the researchs on the mechanics of test string mainly focus on the buckling deformation of test string under various loads such as internal pressure,external pressure,axial force,torque,bending moment and viscous friction,but the analysis on the stress distribution and strength of thread used to connect the test string and at the time of deformation of test string is insufficient.Therefore,in the paper,the finite element software was used to build the finite element analysis model of the test string thread,analyze the force applied on the test string joint thread,and study the variation of string thread stress with vertical load and the influence of with and without make up torque on the string thread stress and strength.The study results show that the equivalent stress at the two ends of the test string thread is relatively large,and the equivalent stress at the last thread at the back end is the largest,while the stress at the middle thread is relatively small;as the vertical load continuously increases,the stress amplitude at the thread of the string increases continuously,and under the action of different vertical loads,the interaction forces of the internal and external threads of the string are large at both ends and small in the middle;when there is a make up torque,the stress at the thread of the test string is larger than that without a make up torque,and the make up torque will increase the snap-in force of the back end thread.The study results provide theoretical support for the safety analysis of the test string.
