基于双滚筒原再生一体机技术的厂拌热再生沥青混合料质量控制研究

摘　　要：介绍了原再生一体机厂拌热再生沥青混合料在配合比设计、拌和时间、搅拌顺序、原再生料加热温度控制等方面的技术,并跟踪验证了成品厂拌热再生沥青混合料的技术指标,研究结果表明:原再生一体机厂拌热再生沥青混合料技术可以保证30%RAP掺量沥青混合料的质量稳定性。The technologies of the plant-mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture of the original recycling all-in-one machine in the aspects of mix proportion design,mixing time,mixing sequence and heating temperature control of the original recycled material are introduced,and the technical indexes of the finished plant-mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture are tracked and verified.The research results show that,the technologyof the plant-mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture of the original recycling all-in-one machine can ensure the quality stability of asphalt mixturewith 30%mixing amount of RAP.
