摘　　要：目的:观察立体埋线法在治疗单纯性肥胖症中对皮肤的紧致效果。方法:选择湖北省第三人民医院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的60例单纯性肥胖症患者作为研究对象,随机分为例数均为30例的观察组与对照组,分别实施立体埋线法治疗与针刺治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后BMI、腰臀比指标、皮肤紧致效果以及临床疗效。结果:两组患者BMI、腰臀比均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后皮肤弹性值、胶原值数据均有所提高,且观察组提高更明显(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为93.3%、70.0%(P<0.05)。结论:立体埋线法在单纯性肥胖症中的应用,能够降低体脂率,改善皮肤紧致效果,疗效可靠,可在临床广泛推广。Objective To observe the effect of three-dimensional thread embedding on skin tightening in the treatment of simple obesity.Methods Sixty patients with simple obesity admitted to the Hubei Third People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases each,and three-dimensional embedding was performed respectively.Law treatment and acupuncture treatment.The BMI,waist-to-hip ratio index,skin tightening effect and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The BMI and waist-hip ratio of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group decreased more obviously,with statistical significance (P<0.05).After treatment,the skin elasticity value and collagen value of the two groups were improved,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group (P<0.05).The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 93.3% and 70.0% respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of three-dimensional thread embedding method in simple obesity can reduce body weight,improve skin tightening effect,and has a reliable curative effect.It can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
