P2Y2受体激动剂联合人工泪液对于重睑切开成形术后并发干眼症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析P2Y2受体激动剂-地夸磷索钠滴眼液联合人工泪液-聚乙烯醇滴眼液对切开法重睑术后发生干眼症的临床疗效。方法:将2019年3月-2020年8月于笔者医院行重睑切开成形术后发生的干眼患者纳入研究,共60眼。利用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、人工泪液组、联合组,每组各20眼。其中对照组给予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液和左氧氟沙星滴眼液;人工泪液组在对照组用药基础上加用聚乙烯醇滴眼液;联合组在人工泪液组用药基础上加用地夸磷索钠滴眼液,三组总疗程均为1个月。经过治疗1个月后,观察干眼患者治疗前后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)指标,分析各组临床疗效。结果:除对照组治疗前后BUT值对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)以外,其余各组治疗1个月后BUT及SIt值均较治疗前提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,人工泪液组、联合组BUT及SIt值较对照组提高更为明显,且联合组较人工泪液组提高更明显(P<0.05)呈阶梯递增。三组患者总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于切开重睑术后干眼症患者,P2Y2受体激动剂-地夸磷索钠联合人工泪液是一项积极有效的治疗方案,具有良好的临床应用意义。Objectve To retrospectively analyze the effect of Diquafosol sodium combined with Polyvinyl eye drops on the Treatment of dry eye after blepharoplasty for double-eyelids operation.Methods Patients with dry eyes who occurred after heavy blevulotomy and protoplasty in the author’s hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were included in the study,with a total of 60 eyes.The random number table method was used to divide it into a control group,an artificial tear group,and a joint group,with 20 eyes in each group.Among them,the control group was given tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops and levofloxacin eye drops,the artificial tear group added polyvinyl alcohol eye drops to the control group,and the combined group added diquafosso sodium eye drops on the basis of artificial tear group medication,and the total course of treatment in all three groups was 1 month.One month after treatment,the tear film rupture time (BUT) and tear secretion test (SIt) index before and after treatment of patients with dry eye were observed,and the clinical efficacy of each group was analyzed.Results Except for the statistically significant difference in the comparison of THE IN VALUES before and after treatment in the control group (P>0.05),the IN and SIT values in the remaining groups were increased by 1 month after treatment compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),the IN and SIT values in the artificial tear group,the combined group and the SIT group were more significantly higher than those in the control group 1 month after treatment (P<0.05).The total effectiveness control group,artificial tear group and joint group of the three groups showed a step increase,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Diquafosol sodium combined with Polyvinyl eye drops could improve xerophthalmia after blepharoplasty for double-eyelids operation.It is a positive and effective treatment,which has good clinical application significance.
