临床护理路径在重睑成形术中的应用效果及对并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究临床护理路径对重睑成形就医者的应用效果及并发症发生率的影响。方法:选取2017年5月-2020年5月于笔者医院行重睑成形术的就医者84例。将就医者分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组根据临床护理路径给予护理。比较两组就医者的手术效果和护理质量满意度评分、心理状态评分。记录随访期间并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术满意度(83.33%)与对照组(80.95%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理满意度(92.86%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时,观察组心理状态评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期间,观察组并发症总发生率(7.14%)低于对照组(23.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径能够有效提高重睑成形术就医者护理满意度,改善心理状态,减少并发症,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical nursing path on the application effect of double blepharoplasty patients,as well as the impact of complications.Methods Total of 84 patients who underwent double blepharoplasty in our Hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group (n=42) and the observation group (n=42) by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing according to the clinical nursing path.The operation effect,nursing quality satisfaction score,and mental state score of the two groups were compared.Record the occurrence of complications during the follow-up of the recipient.Results Compared with the observation group (83.33%) and the control group (80.95%),there was no significant difference in operation satisfaction (P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (92.86%) was higher than that of the control group (71.43%) (P<0.05).When discharged from hospital,the mental state scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the complication rate of the observation group (7.14%) was lower than that of the control group (23.81%) (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path can effectively improve their psychological state and reduce complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
