优秀文化融入大学生思想政治教育的实践探索——以“冰心大爱,三善起航”品牌项目为例

摘　　要：大学生思政教育要结合社会需求、高校特点和学生实际,以学生为中心,促进学生全面发展。福建某高校以善心、善言、善行为教育理念,为区域社会发展提供服务,并与当地冰心文学馆通过共建模式,创立“冰心大爱,三善起航”志愿服务实践育人学生工作品牌项目,将冰心“大爱”文化融入大学生思想政治教育。通过开展成效明显、具有示范性的志愿服务活动,引导师生在志愿服务中将优秀文化及所学知识内化于心,学会担当社会责任。The ideological and political education of college students should combine the social needs,the characteristics of colleges and universities and the actual situation of students, take students as the center, and promote the all-round development of students. A university in Fujian provides services for regional social development with the education concept of kindness, words and behaviors. And through the joint construction mode with the local Bingxin Literature Museum, it established the brand project named "Bingxin Great Love, Three Good Sets Sail" of volunteer service culture education for students,integrating Bingxin "Great Love" culture into the ideological and political education of college students.Through carrying out effective and demonstrative volunteer service activities, it improves the quality of college students and enhances their service ability, so as to further guide teachers and students to internalize excellent culture and knowledge in volunteer service and learn to take social responsibilities.Through the systematic elaboration of the contents, measures and effects of the project, it provides useful experience and model for other universities to effectively carry out ideological and political education for college students.
