摘  要:本研究以提高成品铜杆的性能和产线的生产效能为目标,充分分析了导致结晶轮服役寿命低、铜铸坯质量差等问题的具体原因,研究并最终确定了最佳生产工艺及管控方案,有效保证了结晶轮服役的稳定性。首先,对美国南线铜业有限公司的连铸连轧(SCR)生产线中结晶轮的生产运行环境及损伤状况进行对比分析,从机械应力作用、热应力作用、加工损伤、变形损伤及热循环周期等主要损伤失效形式对结晶轮损伤的影响程度进行对比分析研究;然后,结合连轧生产线的实践及产线深入理论研究,分析总结了结晶轮的工况环境,讨论了结晶轮失效形式及其影响因素;最后,揭示了结晶轮在恶劣工况下的损伤失效机制,提出延长结晶轮使用寿命的工艺和管控方案等优化措施。结果表明:优化后工艺措施:结晶轮每次连续运行时间不超过两个浇包周期,对换下的结晶轮进行喷砂处理,保养后搁置待用,保养达一定次数后进行机床车修修复;车修过程中若没有裂纹,车修深度≤3 mm,以保留尽量多的机床车修余量;工艺措施优化改进后,SCR产线结晶轮的使用寿命得到明显改善,效果显著。The crystallization wheel of five-wheel caster was the core component of American Southwire Copper Co.,Ltd.,continuous casting and rolling(SCR)production line in the south line of the United States,and there were many vulnerable parts and consumables used in this process.Therefore,in order to maintain the normal operation of the process,it was necessary to pay attention to maintenance and background replacement at all times,which could effectively improve the production level and quality level of copper rod and wire.Most of the casting machine spare parts were imported,with long purchase cycle and high price,and the supply exceeded the demand.The crystallization wheel itself was prone to cracking,deformation and other failure phenomena.The solidification behavior of liquid copper in the casting wheel ring cavity had a great impact on the quality of copper billet during continuous casting.The flow,heat transfer,friction and cooling of liquid copper were directly related to the uniformity of solidified shell growth.These behaviors were also closely related to copper leakage and surface cracks of casting wheel.The abnormal crystallization wheel would cause frequent problems on production efficiency and quality of the whole production line,such as shutdown caused by cracking,reduction of output due to shut down and speed reduction,increased of maintenance cost,etc.Therefore,the service life of crystallization wheel had always been the key factor restricting the production cost and production efficiency of SCR copper rod continuous casting and rolling line.The study mainly increased the service life of crystallization wheel,reduced production cost,improved production efficiency and the quality of copper rod through process optimization.The crystal wheel was the core component of the continuous casting process of SCR production line.In order to improve the performance of the finished copper rod and the production efficiency of the production line,it was necessary to analyze the causes of the low service life of the cry
