摘 要:为了研究不锈钢筋混凝土(SSRC)柱偏心受压荷载下的力学性能,设计8根SSRC柱和1根普通钢筋混凝土柱进行偏心受压加载试验,以偏心距和配筋率为变化参数。通过试验,观察了SSRC柱的开裂及破坏模式,分析了变化参数对纵筋应变、混凝土应变、侧向位移和峰值荷载的影响。试验结果表明:在偏心荷载下,SSRC柱与普通钢筋混凝土柱的破坏模式相似,延性表现更好;SSRC柱侧向位移曲线沿柱中呈对称分布,在达到峰值荷载后,小偏心试件荷载迅速下降,大偏心试件仍能保持一定的位移增长;计算承载力时,采用双折线模型作为不锈钢筋的本构模型,计算结果与试验值吻合良好;按照《混凝土结构设计规范》计算SSRC受压构件最大裂缝宽度时,受力特征系数建议采用2.7。To study the mechanical properties of stainless steel-reinforced concrete(SSRC)columns under eccentric compression,8 SSRC columns and 1 ordinary reinforced concrete column were designed to perform eccentric compression loading tests.The eccentricity and reinforcement ratio were seen as changing parameters.Through experiments,the cracking and failure modes of SSRC columns were observed.The influence of varying parameters on longitudinal strain,concrete strain,lateral displacement and peak load is analyzed.The test results show that under eccentric load,the failure mode of SSRC columns is similar to ordinary reinforced concrete columns,and the ductility performance is better.The lateral displacement curve of the SSRC column is symmetrically distributed along the column.After the peak load is reached,the load of the small eccentric specimen decreases rapidly,but the large eccentric specimen can still maintain a certain displacement growth.When the double-fold line model is used as the constitutive model of stainless steel reinforcement,the calculated value is close to the test value.The maximum crack width and average crack spacing of SSRC compression members were calculated according to the code for concrete structure design.When calculating the maximum crack width of SSRC compression members,the force coefficient is recommended to be 2.7.
